An element of travel that I love is getting to eat out and experience different foods. When in Ft. Lauderdale, FL we make it a point to get to Finster Murphy's Seafood. Today we had a mini-smorgasbord: grilled sea scallops, grilled sea bass, fried oysters, and lightly fried rock shrimp. The fact that they will cook up two scallops and eight oyster or whatever we request is perfect. To be able to experience the flavors without getting too full is great.

Today I discovered that Kathy, the chef and owner of Finster Murphy's, is originally for Clarks Summit, PA, which is where I lived for 16+ years. Serendipity is amazing. Kathy highly recommended that we try a new Greek restaurant down the road. I love the unscripted adventures we have.
