Several years ago my quilting mother-in-law and father-in-law gave me a wonderful gift: a large ironing board. It is suppose to "slip" onto an ironing board, but my ironing board is too thick, so I've been using it on my kitchen table and loving it. Pressing large quilt tops, long strips...are so easy using this wonderful board.
The panels are pressed and ready to be sewn together then the fun begins. :-)
As much as I love completing my UFOs, I LOVE beginning a new project. The anticipation of seeing if the colors will really work together and the fun of putting all the pieces in the right place is addicting. It is the ultimate puzzle adventure. Even though this is a simple quilt pattern, I like the adventure.
